Your booking includes estimated hours based on typical cleaning times for homes of your size and the chosen service. Our pricing is a flat rate calculated from average homes of similar size. If we encounter significantly different conditions, we may need to adjust our estimate. Should we anticipate that the cleaning will take longer than initially estimated, we will promptly inform you to discuss any necessary changes.
Upon arrival and after assessing your space, your cleaning provider will offer a more precise time estimate. Your satisfaction and understanding of the cleaning process are important to us.
Will the cleaners be exactly on time?
We strive to ensure our cleaners arrive on time for your scheduled cleaning. However, please note that arrival times are within a flexible window, typically no more than 30 minutes early or up to 60 minutes late. We understand that punctuality is essential and do our best to minimize any delays.
